Infrared Cameras can be deployed
to detect, monitor, confirm and predict potential
losses. Using this technology we can trace leaks
in buildings and roofs. We can detect rodent and
bug infestations. Detect leaks in covered piping,
find water intrusion entry points and more. We are
often engaged to monitor large dry downs on the
carrier's behalf, to assure that the restoration
contractor is billing properly and with in
industry standards. This device adds the
capability to map actual water intrusion and
progress in the dry down. It can and will tell us
when the dry down is complete and verify in the
onset that we are deploying equipment in areas
that are actually involved. There are as many uses
as one can imagine for these cameras and we are
proud to deploy them.
CODE INTERPRETATION;
Forensic Damage Consultants Certified Restorer
has developed a reputation for its involvement
with code upgrade review. We have been very
successful in our interpretation of the building
codes as they relate “TO THE LOSS” There
are many misinterpretations applied by architects,
engineers, code officials and contractors. It is a
very complex path to determine what is actually
related to the loss and what is not.
